Action Insurance Repair is a building firm with a difference. Established in 2008 by Joanne Ginty, the business has carved its reputation from Joanne’s vast knowledge in the industry and her team’s many years of experience working in the North West with residential and commercial customers that have been victims of flood, fire and water damage.

We also understand that each of you is different, with many different commitments, and pulls on your precious time. And it’s our approach to your individual needs that sets us apart from other building firms. You get the knowledge and resource of a large firm, but the care and attention only a small bespoke building firm can provide.

Our team is made up of plasterers, plumbers, roofers, joiners, kitchen fitters, electricians, decorators and carpenters and our MD Joanne is great at managing all of these trades on a job to meet to ensure the work is completed on time, all snagging is taken care of and the finish is of a high standard.

And not forgetting Joanne’s penchant for interior design of course. That’s not a service you’ll get from many builders!

Your ‘one-stop’ insurance claims solution

We understand the challenges you face when making an insurance claim and we make sure our building and repair experience, design services and wrap around project management support helps you get back to normal with the least stress possible.

Larger claims will often benefit from the help of one of our Loss Assessor partners, who will handle the claim on your behalf until the point where approval is granted for AIR to carry out the repairs.

Our Four-Step Process has proven to be just what our customers need while juggling family commitments, work, employees etc. We aim to remove the overwhelming sense of foreboding that many people experience when making a claim.

When quoting for an insurance job we use industry standard rates and a recognised format to produce quotations and reports that insurance companies approve of. For claims that are of a substantial value, are commercial or require several different industry professionals we will:

  1. Partner with an FCA approved Loss Assessor and other appropriate industry professionals
  2. Provide reports, emergency repairs and quotes so that the Loss Assessor can present your claim fully to your insurance company and improve the outcome of your claim
  3. Help you to design and refurbish your property to a high finish, whilst allowing you to stay in control of your finances and the quality of the repair
