Your ‘one-stop’ insurance claims solution

Action Insurance Repair is a building firm with a difference. Your unique and individual circumstances are what matter to us

We also understand that each client is different, with many different commitments, and pulls on your precious time.

This is where we are different. With Action Insurance Repair, we tailor our approach to each client’s individual needs, and that is what sets us apart from other building firms. You get the knowledge and resource of a large firm, but the care and attention only a small bespoke building firm can provide.

Our team is made up of plasterers, plumbers, roofers, joiners, kitchen fitters, electricians, decorators and carpenters and and Joanne, Action Insurance Repair’s Managing Director, is personally involved in each project to make sure the work is completed on time and that everything is done to the highest possible standard.

Your insurer may award the building repair contract to a company who has submitted the lowest repair quote, without the knowledge of the full extent of the damage. Why take the risk with your property when we can provide free insurance repair quotes based on the actual repair costs?

Our qualified insurance repair specialists deal with various types of reinstatement work on a daily basis. We know what to look for and how to identify secondary damage which may not be immediately visible to the untrained eye, such as smoke and deep water damage. This ensures that your insurer will be informed of the full extent of any damage – in turn, your settlement should reflect the real cost of restoring your property back to its pre-loss condition.

And we can’t forget about  Joanne’s penchant for interior design of course. That’s not a service you’ll get from many builders!

Your ‘one-stop’ insurance claims solution

We understand the challenges you face when making an insurance claim and we make sure our building and repair experience, design services and wrap around project management support helps you get back to normal with the least stress possible.

Larger claims will often benefit from the help of one of our Loss Assessor partners, who will handle the claim on your behalf until the point where approval is granted for AIR to carry out the repairs.

Our Four-Step Process has proven to be just what our customers need while juggling family commitments, work, employees etc. We aim to remove the overwhelming sense of foreboding that many people experience when making a claim.

When quoting for an insurance job we use industry standard rates and a recognised format to produce quotations and reports that insurance companies approve of. We’ve built a fantastic relationship with every insurance broker that we’ve worked with, see here for the insurance brokers that recommend us.

For claims that are of a substantial value, are commercial or require several different industry professionals we will:

Partner with an FCA approved Loss Assessor and other appropriate industry professionals

Provide reports, emergency repairs and quotes so that the Loss Assessor can present your claim fully to your insurance company and improve the outcome of your claim

Help you to design and refurbish your property to a high finish, whilst allowing you to stay in control of your finances and the quality of the repair

An insurance claim doesn’t always have to be bad news

Staying positive is important. Even if at the time it’s the last emotion you’re feeling. However, when you choose the right support, it’s possible. We have a favourite word in the AIR office.

It’s SERENDIPITY.

It means a fortunate accident. And once you’re over the feeling of shock, inconvenience, panic, despair…we could list a whole host of emotions we know our customers experience…why not then consider the positives. New equipment, replacement of the pipes that have been making clanking noises forever, a makeover for your home or office once the damage has been repaired.
