We will provide you with a quote for the reinstatement and once approved by your insurance company, one of our Project Managers will schedule and oversee the repairs to your property using our team of quality assured contractors. Where appropriate we can introduce and work alongside a wider team of insurance professionals to offer a full service from Loss Assessing to full repair and restoration of building and contents.

I’m not sure that this is a great question as we don’t determine the lead time. This really depends on how quickly the insurance company accepts liability and then approves our quote. However, once our quote is approved our lead in time is 7 - 10 working days from the pre-contract meeting.

We will oversee the whole repair project using our network of quality approved contractors under the direction of a Project Manager dedicated to your case.

Yes. We recommend that you contact us first so that we can offer you the best advice right from the outset.

Our claims advice and management service is provided free of charge. We make our money through our contracting operations when undertaking the repairs, in the same way as any other building company.
